Is there a credit score requirement?

How long does the process take?

Most buyers are pre-qualified within 24–48 hours and can close in 5–7 days.

What states do you serve?

Primarily Washington state — Olympia, Lacey, Tacoma. Also AZ, ID, IN, MO, MT, and OH.
